Minutes of 2nd RecAv Meeting held in Ottawa on December 7 & 8

A Permanent Canadian Recreational Aviation Council (CRAC) has been formed, and the Light Sport Aircraft in the USA was examined in detail.  LAMAC's recommendation is that the Canadian Advanced Ultra-light Aeroplanes should remain unchanged.  A LAMAC proposal for  a new category aircraft in Canada that will encompass the LSA and more is under review.
